Hi! As @ayilar requested I would like to introduce my Monaco. I've been looking for a decent C-Body 69-71 for a while. Unfortunately buying such car in a reasonable price for an overseas buyer like me turned out to be very hard. My goal was a 2 door but after some time I started to look at other body styles. I have always had a soft spot for classic wagons so when it was listed I have seriously started thinking about buying it. Now I know that the car was flipped (thanks @ayilar ) nevertheless my plan is to fix everything what's needed and enjoy it.
I'm not sure how many owners it had before but the title I have is from 1982. My guess is that someone bought it new, then sold it in 1982 and then the third owner bought it and sold it to me pretty soon. If I am correct I could be the 4th owner.
I was told that the car spent last 20-25 years stored. In general I'd say it's in pretty good condition for it's age. Apart from 2-3 spots the rust seem to be surface.
It does leak from steering column and rear axle so I'm planning to fix it in the first place. Rear window's engine seem to go up/down very hard so I will probably have to check it also.
I only had few hours to inspect it, as it was delivered yesterday so please excuse quality of the pictures and the fact that it's dirty :)
Can you guys help me decode the fender tag? I am new to classic MOPARs world so any help would be much appreciated.

@Roberth.82 : congrats on snagging DH45L0R114904 -- the car is AFAIK very solid. I first became aware of it in 2020 when @71Polara383 saw it briefly posted for sale on FB (by the person from whom you bought it this year) and alerted me to it. I very much wanted to buy it it, but it was not meant to be. I am glad to see that this rare car is now in your good hands

Attached are some of the photos that I saved last year. The car was all original. I will send you more via email, as you and I discussed. Enjoy the car in good health, and do let me know how I can help.

For Dodge wagons, I would suggest talking to @71Polara383 (he owns two Polara wagons, a '69 and a '70), @saforwardlook (he knows C-bodies inside out and owns/has restored many to perfection), @My65cuda (he owns a superb B3 Monaco wagon and a collection of great Mopars in beautiful condition; previous owners include Pete, @Tobias74 and @GOLDMYN), @azblackhemi (he owned a 383-4 1969 wagon), @BLIMP (he owns many 1972/1973 Dodge wagons), @70 Sport Suburban (as his handle suggests, he owns several Plymouth wagons and has an unparalleled ability to find used parts for our C-body fusies), and @T-revorNobody (he is looking for the right 1969 Dodge wagon and is very knowledgeable about the market). These are just some of the names that come to my mind -- the wagons thread will surely suggest more people to talk to.

In Poland, you may be interested in reaching out to @Unix (he recently did a beautiful restoration of a 1971 Chrysler) and @Zeb204 (he bought a 1972 2dr NYer from the UK last year).

Here are more pics of your car as of last May, this time the interior. Note the perfect headliner, which would eb a pain to redo (ask @saforwardlook ...)

PS: I may have, from an EB3 Monaco 2dr that @71Polara383 and I parted out in Dec. 2019, the part you'd need to fix the missing bit in the last photo above. I'll ask him and revert.

@ayilar thanks a lot for your suggestions, I know that I am in the best place to seek for knowledge
PS Do you have any other parts from that parted out wagon? I need outer tail light (left) for sure and probably some more stuff.

That a beautiful car and great color combination! You'll turn heads every place it goes

Very nice wagon Robert!!

I have a fendertag with 68 stamped above the normal stamps....!?
ftdbmon.jpg

Interesting that it has the optional rear bumper steps as this option was usually on 3 seat wagons. It also has front bumper guards. Great looking car.

That was the flipper's rope. Robert knows better than to make such a mistake.

Despite horrible weather I couldn't stop myself from taking Dodge for a little spin. Apart from steering box leak there is also a small leak from brake pump/master cylinder. Other than that she floats down the road
Few shots from my friend:

It’s nice to see an update on the wagon. If you’re on Facebook, check out 1970-1971 Dodge Polaras and Monacos. There are some older posts from the prior owner of the car on there.

@Roberth.82 -- do you still own DH45L0R114904 ? I just saw that a car that looks eerily similar (cue the tow hitch, the thin crack on the dash, and the period aftermarket audio equalizer) is up for sale in the Czech Republic? Dodge Monaco STW

Please let me know -- if it is still yours, then I won't comment on the ad:
