· Hook: has a linkage of parallel horizontal rods. Each rod is held to the links of the hook by rivets. Cleaned the hook on the wire wheel and sprayed with WD-40 to free up the linkage so that it would swivel at each rod and rivet.
· Jack: has 2 hooks. 2 rods from the flexible hook go on the 2 hooks of the Jack.
· Base: filthy and rusty on bottom. Clean on wire wheel.
· Chrysler markings: no Pentastars or part numbers on any of the 3 parts of the Jack assembly
· I have never seen a jack or hook set up like this. Usually the Jack has one small hook and the large Hook that goes under the bumper is one piece. Has anyone seen a Chrysler Jack and Hook like this before? Is it a Chrysler universal replacement unit?
Good news: assembly fit both bumpers

Would jack base and hook have Chrysler part numbers or pentastars?
If not, which ones would have those markings?
Yes, the OE jack base and hook would have part number and pentastar. You can find it in the parts manual.
