5 years after the 1965 signing of the Autopact Agreement,
Both Windsor and Belvidere were building Canadian and American spec'd cars.
Never say never with Ma Mopar as this wagon was suppose to go to Canada.
Supply and demand I am guessing.
Windsor started building American spec'd C body Dodges for 1967 model year.
