Anyone have a picture of an undamaged Imperial roof with the vinyl removed? Im curious how the factory kept the fiberglass plug in place.

The plug just screws into the pinchweld. Here's a formal and fusey plug together.

They didn't use any sealer between the plug and body. It was up to the vinyl roof to keep the water out. I think they did put some tape over the gap on the Formal.
