Gone. So what if it looks like the car in the movie "Joy Ride with Paul Walker"?

Just curious, does anyone think he got the 12K asking or any amount near?

hi, dumb question, but just trying to keep learning. So, when you say "that profile" would that refer to any Chrysler (not Dodge or Plymouth) C body from 1969-71? I really like it too.
Dale, what I'm saying is that the profile of a two door hardtop of any Fuselage makes me drool. Especially that style hardtop roof without any vinyl.

The excessively long nose with the excessively long tail and the cockpit centrally located is downright sexy and powerful looking.
Gorgeous!!!

Of course, I couldn't turn down this style roof if it popped up.
Less popular but I don't care.

$12K and can't tell us the mileage on it at least? Or like stated above some shots of the interior, etc.? One repaint doesn't help - it looks dull (plus it is tawny gold - yuck). Where is the garage for this beast, or do they leave it out all the time? I would like it better with the Royal original side trim sans the push bumpers. It could be a 360-2 too, but I actually don't mind those engines in C bodies.

I don’t think the OP is claiming this to be the very same car as in the movie. I think he’s merely saying it’s similar. And it is. Only different color.

I always get a kick out of people trying to draw extra money from their car by calling it a "California car." "I'm in Rhode Island, but since this car was from California, you know it's rust free!" BS!!

I can see it now: I sell my Newport to some guy in Massachusetts. He decides to flip it and lists it as a "California Car." Well, he bought it from a guy in Cali, and it originally sold in Hollywood. Excellent!

Would the potential buyers know it spent more than half it's life in Nevada, including some ten years sitting outside with a rotted top?

I really hate that claim!

I like knowing a cars origin. Where it started life is most important, so yes, I wanna know.

None of my cars were Jersey cars
