got a surprise today. i was at my storage unit today talking to the owner. there's this '71 Sport Fury just sitting there outside. Of course the owner of the car doesn't want to sell it, it's gonna be restored one day. HA ! but when i walked up to the car, i didn't realize it was a GT HP440 car with a factory sunroof. what a shame. PP23U1Dxxxxxx

I know where this car was, about 15 mins from me. I was wondering what it was. Owning a '71 Fury myself it caught my eye quick.
It is no longer there, hopefully the owner is working on it!

This car is being restored. The owner occasionally post on the SFGT/S23 facebook group. The current owners father bought the car a long time ago (possibly original owner?) It will probably retain the scoop amongst a few other "day 2" details as that is how the owner remembers growing up with the car.

I know but the VIN, the type of green paint (GJ4), and the top color (V1X) are all news. (Edit: and the engine info can be updated to 440 U-code).

Yes, O&A report has 13 sunroof Sport Fury GTs shipped to US dealerships. These two green ones, and a Hemi Orange one are all I have so far in the Mopar Sunroof Registry. Unsure if the Hemi Orange/Black top car is still around.
