Wheels are easy to change. The stock ones are probably siting in his garage. The shape looks to be really nice. Price wise, it is a little high, until you start restoring a car. Paint jobs are just stupid unless you do it yourself, or get a friend discount. On that alone the car is worth it, IF it's something your really want. The next one in this shape will take awhile to find. 73k miles, if true, should be a nice car. After restoring many cars, the saying "Buy the best & only cry once" is sage advice.
