Some work to do but ! worth posting $11.5k

1973 Chrysler Imperial - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle...

for sale a 1973 Chrysler Imperial. THE GOOD: She is a Sherwood Green, 4 door gem with an off white vinyl top and green interior. Power plant is a 440 with 99k miles. All power windows, seats, antenna and head lamp covers work. THE BAD: The 8 track player does not work, but the radio works. The heat and a/c blower motor don’t work up front, but rear does. The vinyl top needs some attention in the common areas for the Chryslers with vinyl tops(bottom right corner of rear window). The bottom rocker panel behind the drivers side rear tire is starting to rust. I am the 3rd owner. This gem is a MUST SEE. She’s definitely a head turner and conversation piece. Asking price is $11,500. Only other consideration I’d entertain is a trade for a boat of 21’ open bow, or pontoon. Please text at show contact info . More pics available upon request. Serious inquires only!!!!

Thank you for posting. The green/light tan color combo looks really good to my eyes, and even the wide wide tires do not seem out of place.

YM43T3C128616 seems to have been well maintained. The interior (fabric and rimblow wheel, for example), the chrome and the paint seem very well preserved for a 100k car. I wonder why the fender tag was removed?

Looks good. Like that paint color. Did they have this color from factory on 69 imperial lebarons?

GF3 Amber Sherwood. Nope. Started in 1971.

First digit of the paint code determines the first year of appearances.
ER6 1969
FC7 1970
GC8 1971 etc

Agreed, the wide whites look good on this car.

Looks a nice car but is it overpriced considering the work it does and "may" require.
Isn't it about time these 4-door '72-'73s start fetching some decent dollars?, they have been stuck in the $5K-$8K for quite a few years, with few exceptions.

Probably, I think I paid around 5K for Lee, not bad considering the options and her good general condition. We need collector interest before prices rise. Maybe it'll happen when folks get priced out of other cars they like?
