1975 Dodge Dart Custom with 12,206 original miles. It has a 225 slant six engine with automatic transmission. Factory air conditioning, power steering and power brakes. I added a Holley Sniper fuel injection system, a Hellwig front sway bar with KYB shocks, anda retro syle radio with bluetooth. The following are new- belts, hoses, tune up, water pump, radiator, alternator, battery, power steering pump, brake booster and master cylinder. The paint is original and in good shape with a few small parking lot dents. The interior is like new. It's a reliable car you can drive every day anywhere. Asking $11,000

This is the car that you were embarrassed to be seen in when your parents drove you.
Agreed. So why do I like it so much now?
I mean, at least we had a 318.
But I'm looking at that gold, and the parchment interior, and thinking how I would like a trip to Fla.
But I know I won't do it. But I want to. But it's just a Dart. And they were the almost bottom of the food chain. But now even Darts are becoming interesting.

Damn shame they cut that dash for the radio.

I have one of those, with a 318-a/c-auto-ps-pb. 31k miles. Paid 3k for it last year. It's a tin can. I don't drive it much.

I have to wonder why so much has been changed under the hood at 12,000 miles. I also wonder if it would be worth the asking price even if it was original. And apparently I was wrong thinking the slants couldn't be had with A/C.

I’m digging the tornado. That and the ElDorado of the same here, very revolutionary for general motors.
It was different all right.
It drives like all the other personal luxury cars of the day. Except the wind doesn't blow it around and it can't be spun-out.
0 to 60, about 8 seconds.

I'm a sucker for blue cars and yellow cars - this Dart is a sweetheart! I'd almost buy that for that money. Not a bad deal for 2023.

THat's a dandy. Clean as a whistle but it is a 4 door and a Beaker. The price is pretty strong for that combination.
