You are correct. The navajo interior only available on 73 and 74 models.

Probably has manual a/c. That and no electric motors to burn out eliminates the biggest hassles of a Formal. And that interior is cool.

Good catch, Peter. It could even possibly be an original non-a/c car (single pulley alternator). Very interesting.
