I will be there for sure!! Thanks for posting.

I wonder how many of us are in the general area of this event? It would be great to meet some of you. I am in the western MA area about 10 to 15 miles Lebanon NY.

If you are asking me yes I have. I used to take my 86 Omni GLHS on street night to see if I gained anything from my tweeking of the little 4 cylinder turbo. I remember speaking to some cocky guy with a 440 E body Cuda at Lebabon dragway . He was bragging a lot about the car . It was a very nice car for sure. He sorta looked down at my Omni,,[ cant really blame him]. This was on street test and tune night. Low and behold we ended up racing each other. We were both in the high 12's and he beat me by a nose but I was going over 10 mph faster than him at the end of the 1/4. He didn't speak to me again. LOL

im worried people will show up the old date and there is no rain date now

And does she qualify as muscle? A very subjective term that gets thrown around loosely with varying definition

Good question as my Fury is a cruiser in my opinion even with a 440. A few guys in my area thought I should bring it cause no one see's them anymore. Don't know if I will drag race it yet. I would like to get some base times for the big boned gal.

They say no foreigns, no rods etc etc only muscle. So a 54 Chrysler doesn't get in but a 55 300 does? I'm confused with the guidelines.....
A 69 440 fury can't get in but a 70 Fury GT can? Just asking.

you could go on their website or call them.

This is what the site says and has my panties in a bunch

"Even though we love imports, street rods and classic cars, this is an AMERICAN MUSCLE CAR show only. "

The phrase classic cars has become watered down also. A classic used to be a Cord or Auburn, but now our cars are considered classics, so again, which are they?
