WANTED 383 or 400 shortblock

Looking for a 383 or 400 shortblock. Maybe you're upgrading and I can help finance that by buying off your shortblock. Only looking for verified running and good condition via compression/leakdown tests, video of running, etc. Realistically within a few hours driving of Chicago or Eastern Iowa. The budget for this project doesn't extend to buying a fresh build off someone unless you really need to sell it. Ideally it's a good used short block that just isn't needed anymore. Potentially interested in a long block but I have my own heads, intake, accessories I plan on using so looking to save money if possible. I thought it had, but it's fine. However it's always had a vibration unrelated to boost and it's just cheaper to replace at the moment. Got a shorty from xenon.
