It doesn't look like these switches can be taken apart. Mine works, but the drivers door switch is "flaccid" and its contacts are intermittently failing. I seem to recall spring wires in these that kept the buttons "at attention".....

He rebuilds switches and they are fantastic when he is done....
And has a pretty darn good guarantee ...

He should be able to do that switch.

Except for the bezel and the slightly different knobs, it's the same as an earlier switch.

Update....got the switch apart. The contacts seem ok, but missing spring wires and broken plastic clips on one button which hold the buttons "up".

We'll see what Devinism says - if he's got the technology and parts to rescue this one....
