NOT MINE '57 Imperial Limo

I don't know about beating that burgundy on that body. It is a stunning Imperial Limo.

Pretty car, but I don't like the tinted side windows. Takes away from the appearance.

There are plenty of changes from original under the hood probably in an effort to achieve reliable and effective a/c and the electrical system to handle it and some of the metal/paint work doesn't look so good. It is listed as a 1957 model but it has a 1958 grille. Some of it looks well done but other parts not so good.

I have always wondered what collectors that buy these vehicles actually do with them - just drive them around on a Sunday afternoon by themselves or just take them to car shows?

I drive my 63 Ghia often. The 58 is in the museum, it's serial 1001. I believe this car was missing its vin tag and now has a state issued tag
