If I came across that thing within a few hundred miles, I wouldn't hesitate. Title can be had; tags and top are there. Even the fender skirts. Do the interior "however the heck you feel like" - button tuck, dingle balls, fuzzy dice, shag... whatever - go nuts and have fun!

Just don't put F-in' 22s on it. Just my opinion
 
At 300$ and then add shipping of say 1200$ for a total of 1500$..
Seriously, for a rust free convertible..
I really don't see how anyone could go wrong on this one..
 
Ya can't save them all!
No floors in this old 'vert and the trunk is not too far behind it.
So the unibody structure is questionable.
Good source to convertible parts for anyone doing a C vert.
