71 monaco ? What is this car?

Megadeth, now they are a strong Christian band. Quite opposite from their beginnings. Same with Metallica actually.

people musical taste changes over time. at least they are still with us and their old life style did not take them earlier.

i weighed in on the car assuming its not ezxtensively updated/modded, i vote 70-71 is a polara as monacos had a single tail light refrector combo look. polara had a split tailight treatment like the video.

as to music, not my personal style. still i dont begrudge any fan of any age -we like what we like.

however, now that i am old, i do note some individual song/styles i can't listen to. it's like they/it get on my nerves. i dont' t know that its age, and nothing wrong with my hearing, its just i have difficulty liking certain song/genres i even owned/liked 40 years ago.

mosh pits pre-date my youth as i dont recall encountering them until mid 80's when i was out of college. abuut '87, i went to an "outdoor concert" in the northwest US (Portland area) on a road with younger colleagues (i was approaching 30). Rather than keep my a** in the bleachers, i took the field in the front of the stage. it was a rock band but not a metal genre, and next thing i know people were crashing into each other. apparently having fun. i played football (bad trainining) and held my own briefly. Kind of against the rules I learned later, but at the time I was afraid I was gonna get killed How to Mosh in a Mosh Pit: Rules and Etiquette

next thing i knew my friends were dragging me away from the carnage. i fell down and was trampled and thought i would surely die. Just kicked in the head accidentallly(i think)and made woozy. i did see folks (women too) with worst injuries. first and only experience. goes almost without saying, not a fan of mosh pits. i dont get them.
