I like the front end a lot.
Just the quarter panel design gives me some headache

Carsten

Yeah, the rear quarter panel isn't the best, but it looks a whole lot better with the fender skirt removed, kind of how I feel about the 71 Chryslers. I take the fender skirts off and leave them off, otherwise the car looks like it is sagging in the rear and worn out.

Yeah 6K is on the high side for that car IMO. Don't get all star struck by how clean it is. It IS very nice indeed, but If there were an unmolested BB under that long hood to go with it, I would feel better about putting down that much coin up, BUT there isn't. It would be hard but I would force myself to walk away unless asking $$ came down a bit.

Worth every penny man that's a coupe and in near mint condition! (If of course it's as nice as it looks)
that being said, I'm with Carsten....

What if the AutoTemp II wasn't working, a button on the steering column for the horn, and the A-arm bushings completely chewed up?
If it's turnkey and could go 1,000 miles to Carlisle, it's worth every penny. If it's as described in my first sentence, then I can hear the seller is boasting, "All it takes is one person...".

All I know is if it were in my state I'd be looking at it and probably making an offer.

With a BB Road Wheels and AC working the asking price would be about right. As it sits maybe 4500? In any case a good looking ride.

Wow beautiful car! 72s are my favorite Fury. Just add some road wheels, take off the side molding and cruise with this one.

It is a 360 which is even better than a BB for this car I think

apparently it has the dreaded autotemp II I'm taking it though

Beautiful Fury! Go down and play "Smell the cash" with him. Start at 5k and who knows... go from there. Looks like a very nice car!

I was just going to add that Stan... ATII wasn't that popular in the Plymouth line.

I had no idea but was getting the vibe that it might have .. which I've learned here is not desirable grin.gif

If I had to do it all over again, I would have done the Sanden conversion.
The R2 V-Twin just does not play well with the R134a.
Unless you're Bob.

Don't know how he got it running so ice cold.
Well, I do, but it was no different than everybody else.
