I would like to re-new my bumper filler pieces on my 68 Polara. I have given up hope of finding new ones. So is ther e some sort of rubber filler that would work to fill in the cracks?

3M makes a black liquid weatherstrip-type goo that I've used to attach molded ends to generic extruded rubber. That was 20 years ago, can't remember the exact name of the product.

Give Jim at DMT a shout, you may be able to talk him into repopping something like that.

I'm in the same position with my 67 Monaco. I'm going to have to find a new front bumper eventually as I think straightening to any sort of satisfactory state would be impossible. I'll be interested in seeing what you come up with!

Thanks,
I checked out the Artmolds website. For $9.99 it may be worthwhile experimenting

How about moulding new ones from hard plastic and painting them black. Granted they wont be rubber anymore but if painted right they will appear like rubber.
