Howdy, I'm Fredo (fred-o), living in San Diego Ca untill I can convince the wife this is no place for a free man to live. :sSig_noob: My Mopar story is this:
A little over 11 years ago my older brother bought a 1966 Chrysler 300 from the original owner. He had hopes of getting it back on the road but nnever got to it. It sat in his driveway for 10 yrs and everytime I saw it I'd ask him to sell it to me. He finnaly gave in and I had it towed from L.A. to S.D. and got right to work on it. Short list includes cut out and weld in new sheet metal where rusted, new front brake system including the booster, new intake, carb, plugs and wires, converted to electronic ignition and moved from 14" wheels and tires to 15" wheels and tires. The last thing I've done is a color change from sickly rusty cream/white to black on black. Here's a few before and after pics.
Anyway I'm glad to be here. I see at least one name I know from another forum, unfortunately its a guy who's car makes me go outside and work on mine some more.
