Sorry I didn't get back sooner.I think the vehicle was some sort of scam.The vehicle history report showed same mileage (121580) in 2021 as in 2002.Guy went silent when I asked the question.Truck went for $16,600 ...I hope for their sake that I was wrong and it was legit.Too risky for my taste.
