Thank you Debby Downer.. lol.. I hear ya though. At the moment! I have a happy ending.. I’m updating my thread now.

Be sure to check out the steering, suspension, tires, engine compartment and lights. If everything checks out....drive her. No one would think any less of you to trailer it home. That's a big trip with a car you never driven before and don't know the condition and dependability
Thx Bob, understood.. she’ll be transported home for sure. Updating the thread shortly.

Update: I spoke to the current owner just a moment ago, Mr. David Golden. Mr. Golden Purchased the car in 2014. He states the car is in good shape and went through some of its details, he states he’s an avid Mopar guy and has several Mopars his collection. He also states he only drives the car on occasions and is willing to sell it to me. Final $$ to be determined. however he is not tech savvy and does not own a smart phone or a computer. He states he’s going to have a friend of his come and take some pictures for me. I think by the end of the week, or early next week will have to deal done. I’m going to look into shipping quotes in the meantime.

I just wanted to give a special thank you to Barry S and Graham for the leads are their Internet browsing and sleuthing that lead me to where I’m at today.. you guys are awesome!!! Thank so much. If we’re ever in the same ZIP Code, dinner and drinks are on me for sure..

More to come..

Well boys! Here she is and all of her dusty old glory. Whatcha think? Somebody pinch me, I find it hard to believe that this is actually happening. Lol. There certainly looks to be some work done there, but at least she’s not on blocks and parted out. So far I’m pleased with what I see, I expected the usual wear.. i’ve asked for additional pictures like the sunroof open and closed and also of the vinyl top peeling on the driver side.

Glad it worked out and you have an early Christmas present!

I can't wait to see this car!

What is the paint code?
I look into that.. I absolutely love it though.. she’ll meed some love as I expected. Not sure the color chart is applicable for 1977, but close in color. T5 or K3. Some correct me please if I’m off.

My 77 New Yorker was pretty much exactly this car.I saw one at a dealership online last year for 8,000.00. But that car was perfect.Mine was a mess but i loved it.Still have the redone 440 heads in the basement. But that,s all i have.I usually have a dream once or twice a year driving it with all the windows down. The beauty of a hard top sedan.Floating down the highway on it,s torsion bars.Yay.B.B

Ask him for a pic of the fender tag. Then we'll know for sure. All computer screens are different.

Have you discussed Moola with him yet? Ya think he will deal?

Congrats!
