I'm looking to buy a 65 NY in Eldorado, Illinois. Talks with the seller are still in the early stages but before I switch over to looking for an inspection company (any advise on that is also welcome) I wanted to check if there's a member on here that might be willing to help. Expenses will be payed of course (within limits of course...)
