Found that the wiper motor on my '66 Fury VIP has failed; tested the system out to see if it worked and got the arms to move a little then magic smoke came out of the motor.
While disassembling everything I found the pop metal "cam"(?) was broken.
*first and second pictures respectively*

My question is;
-anybody make rebuild kit for the motor?
-what is the proper name for that cam chingadera and are they still available?

TIA

I'll suggest Topher McGinnis, a.k.a. "headlight motor man". He rebuilds Mopar wiper motors, and restores them to look correct and factory fresh. He also does hidden headlight motors, power window motors and electrical switches. His nick name refers to his skill on 66-67 Charger headlight motors. But he does more wiper motors. I have had Topher rebuild the wiper motor for my Charger, a convertible top switch for my Barracuda, a headlight switch for the Charger and the tailgate window motor of my 67 Belvedere wagon. I highly recommend him.
