Certicard reproduction advice.....

Hi All.

I am ever restoring a 66 Imp convertible. Anyone out there have advice about getting a reproduction certicard. The car has the plastic holder in engine compartment but original card lost. Need advice about who does the reproductions and what info I would need to submit....option list?

No real options on these, interior code, paint code, transmission, axle, build date.
All are on the fender/data tag.
Plus the VIN
The special Dymo tape might be difficult.
