I will be replacing the EPR Valve in the compressor on my '65 300 soon. In reading the FSM, it states the use of tool "C-3822" to R&R the EPR Valve. Since I don't have said tool and cannot seem to find one online, what is my alternative to properly replace the part?

You don't need a special tool. I swear it was a money making conspiracy between Chrysler and Miller Tool. All you need is needle nose pliers. Google Image "chrysler rv2 epr valve" to get an idea of how to grab the end of it, and then twist and pull.
If you are refilling the system with anything but R12, you have to leave the EPR valve out. Don't reinstall it.
