See if I can grab some pics, this'll wet yer whistle.
That's it 20 limit.
More from dinosaur to late model, go there.
Soooo sad to see them like that
That’s the place that burned a few month back.. damn shame. How do store / sell such valuable cars WITHOUT fire protection in the warehouse!!!
who/what is proxibid?
You know at the end of all the CL ads, the sellers are adding: "No I don't need any help selling my car"...
Proxibid is a system to use when you can not be on site. I almost used it to bid on a car in WA a couple of years ago.
So the auction company is using proxibid?
Yes, from their news page & rotating banner.
"Proxibid in collaboration with ebay"
"Proxibid provides auction companies and asset owners with access to the most trusted way to buy and sell highly valued items online. More than $4 billion in inventory passes through the Proxibid platform annually via live and timed auctions, and Buy Now and Make Offer transactions, across 15 categories including: heavy equipment, industrial machinery, real estate, fine art, antiques and collectibles, and more.
Founded in 2001, Proxibid is headquartered in Omaha, NE with offices in London. For more information about Proxibid, please visit www.proxibid.com."
I have used it before... works for absentee bidding well enough I suppose, I'm just too cheap to win anything...
Yeah, thats a shame...
A close second tragedy is this one that survived...
Hmmm... on second thought, at $1200-1500 this might be my next P/U... nah... (note: asking is $9k)
Here's a Fury Oh Boy over on the Fury side.
Spared no expense on the engine bay I see.
What'd they do leave a few yardsticks on the roof when they covered it? Shoulda kept one out and used it to try and put that hideous blue "Fury III" on straight.
What is up with the roof on that Fury? Ha! You beat me to it!^^^^
Like they tried to give it a Cabriolet look......they failed
Miserably! I'm not that crazy about them when they came out of the factory. On certain cars they're ok, on others....Meh
I didn't like them either. They usually made the car look top heavy. This looks like PVC was put there , probably didnt turn out they way he had hoped
This I do like and when I went to pick it up I would have wheelcovers with me.
It sucks to see a '61 LeBaron rotting away.
This would have been cool in production
I'm thinking this was a typo... because that's not a '61
This is though
And I'd love to have one!
