Correct Paint for Dual Snorkel Air Filter Housing

Hi. I bought a dual Snorkel Air Filter Housing for my 68 300 and would like to paint it the original finish. For 68 would that have been wrinkle finish or would it just be a gloss or semi gloss black?

It should be semi-gloss.
