Dennis. That's his name.

Nothin' like a thick brush-on coat for the stub. It cleaned up nicely. Looks like most of the rust skipped the stub and just headed straight for the body.
The stuff I used is called DOM16 and makes POR15 look like a sissy coating....and it's Canadian made at that...

The subframe was replaced in 1999....that's when most of the butchery was done, the worst part is, it was supposedly done by a well known Mopar shop...

Still need to put the new balljoints in....among other stuff.

Nick: This is amazing work you are doing. Did you do the stub removal by yourself, or do you have someone who helps you from time to time?
Those things are light, pick em up and put 'em over your shoulder. Next time you are over I'll have you do it when I need one of those frames moved. :poke:

Com'on Rip, it's all of 10 bolts! I've done it with a beer in one hand and a breaker bar in the other!
:D

Not married yet folks. Her dad has been introducing me as his son in law since the fourth month we were dating. I guess he already knew.

Anywho..I decided to try my hand with a HVLP gun and some base...
