Disappointment

I think convertible build sheets are more likely to be weathered than from a closed in car.
 
Your build sheet looks to be in better shape than the rest of your interior when you first bought it.

When I removed the front bumper from my Windsor, the remains of a buildsheet was sandwiched between the subframe and the bumper bracket. The piece was big enough to be recognizable, but there was not enough left to be worth hanging onto.

When I pulled the rear seat from my Newport convertible, there was a buildsheet attached to the seat bottom. It turned out to be for another Newport convertible (different VIN). The listed car had the same exterior and interior colours but with a 383-2bbl instead of a 383-4bbl.
 
I think it was pretty hit and miss. My Fury had none anywhere, as you say, most disappointing! I didn't even get the window sticker, but I guess at that age I was more interested in the car than seemingly useless paper!
