Here is a very nice Dodge Magnum/Charger bolt on wheel cover. This has never been installed on the car. It cam off a brand new spare tire/wheel.
There is just very minor scuffs on it from being in the trunk for years. Chrome center is about as perfect as you can find. This is the finned cover that screwed directly to the wheel. Hard to find in this condition.
