Engine Bogging?

Plumb a temporary fuel pressure gauge just before the carb. Mount it outside the car on the cowl.
If the pressure drops under load, put a temporary electric pump in the same location before the gauge.
Retest.

I don't know if I missed it in one of the posts, but how old is the gas. You may have a few issues going on at the same time.

It seems as though the problem went away! Definitely a problem with the push rod. I'm going to investigate why this has happened in such a short amount of time. I have a feeling it lies within the cam. Thank you everyone for your help and advice!
