As I said, I'm too far away. I'd love to go if I was closer. But, I just looked on the clubs website. It's a rain or shine deal, and is still on. They said "the greatest chance of rain is around 7am and 8pm, with much lower chances during the day".

They must be trying to get people to come out. Here's the radar map with the heavy stuff moving in a NE fashion and approaching now. Farmington is right above Mocksville

The show must go on. Only about 40-50 cars. No drag racing as the track was closed. Pics a friend who went took. What a shame. This place is normally packed with cars

I love that Chrysler wagon and Dodge Desoto. I'm surprised there was that much of a "crowd" with the weather. I know this may highly be a very stupid question, but was there any drag racing?

I skip over threads and do the same.

It's a bummer there wasn't more cars, but not everyone has a carefree attitude about their old cars like I have. But mine are scruffy, and like the rain. I can't imagine cleaning a car after every time I drive it.
