This song sent chills the first time I heard it as a kid. Thanks.

Kent State revealed the power a governor in the USA wields to everyone. My family owned a collision shop in Buffalo and by 1969 I was old enough to work there.
We hired an ex National Guard guy that was on the wall at Attica. He was like every witness to gruesome, he wouldn't talk about beyond he was there.

The governor ordered that one too. While I believe the carnage at Attica had to stop, guys working one weekend a month were not the right choice for the job.
