54 or 55 Ford. Not sure of the year. Looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Probably sold for less than what it took to restore it

Yep I think you’re right

The grill really throws you off. The '52 grill is so close to the look of a '54, you almost hafta look at the two side-by-side to see the difference. Seems like Ford couldn't decide what to do with the grill from '52 to '54. The '53 grill was a turd compared to the '52 and '54 grills, so I guess they decided to go back to the '52 look in '54.

65 ? Buick Skylark. Very nice car with tasteful modifications. Note the sport/road wheels & the cowl hood. Also the car appears to be sitting high in the front

It's nice, but a no sale at $47,500??? I don't see it, unless the owner built it with his checkbook and not his hands.
That was the high bid & didn’t hit reserve. No telling what was so special about it. I didn’t read the info sheet. That is a lot of money for one of these trucks.

69 Mercury Cyclone 428 Cobra Jet sold for $41,500. This car in that orangish-red hue was stunning to say the least. The high impact colors of the muscle cars was quite an era.
