1. Bob: Please don't say "try PartsVoice".
2. Anybody: Please don't say: "try FirmFeel".
3. Everybody: Murray Park, Arizona Parts, Tom's, Dick's, Harry's, etc. Thank you, though.

NOW... with that out of the way,
since I have the torsion bars out, figured I try and hunt down some HD torsion bars out of cop cars.
Did a 'net search and nothing.
Here's what I need:
L & R Torsion bars, 1.06" x 47"
The P/N's were:
3402962/3
2269626/7
and/or 3402964/5.

I don't have a lot of money..........

Stan, I'll get you the number to the guy I got the rear end from. He has a ton of parts. Hes somewhat close to you too. Hes in bradenton.

Let me get home to da computer.

Unless I am misreading Stan, those WERE the part numbers, he now wants Heavy Duty Torsion bars so those part numbers wont do anyway, only as a cross reference.

I had a feeling you'd come through, Zac. Thanks.

The P/N's I listed are for the 1.06" bars. I have 1.02

Sorry I fell short of the high expectations you really hold me too but it is Saturday............

does the bigger bars give you a firmer ride? Too stiff?

Yes.......too stiff.

I'm going to go with a bigger diameter front sway bar and add a rear sway bar eventually.

Didn't know a "too stiff" condition even exists.
