How do i remove the grille

On a 68 Newport, pictures would be great. Not sure where to look in the service manual and gives me a vague description on how to do it

First, open the barbecue. Then, remove the grill.

Here’s a ‘68 Polara, most likely a similar concept

6 bolts and the hood release and it should be ready to come out

two nuts behind here in fender on each side. Will probably need to remove your washer bottle for the left side. 4 total.

then 2 on the center support

Don’t forget the hood release.

And headlight plugs.

If you have hidden headlights. I am probably no help.
