i pulled the engine on my 60 Fury this weekend and thought I would just replace the motor mounts, until I saw the price. These are 'Floating Power' mounts and a couple hundred bucks each.

Probably original. 100k actual miles. One seems solid throughout all contact with metal. One is separating slightly around the center metal bracket.

I remember making these things back in the late 70's. Worked a press line turning out transmission, body and motor mounts. K-cars. Chevy pick ups. The year I left they brought in an automated press to turn out j-body mounts.

You nailed it. Website has a pick and says $95/pair. Much better than 200 each. They also have the transmout cushion.

Thanks for the tip.

I have seen guys with floating power mounts drill a hole through the mount and bolt it together, and others cut the bolt head off and weld it in place, grind it smooth and paint it...nobody will know. but then you will basically have a solid mount
