Dead end lane, it has been very safe and I am around most of the time working in the garage. My neighbours are all friends and know me, so we all watch out for each other. My area is like a cottage town in the city. You're brave leaving it outside in Toronto like that...
Any large city in Canada, and U.S.You're brave leaving it outside in Toronto like that...
You worry too much. TB is fine. I don't think there are any nefarious motor heads left in Toronto. I think they moved out to Kingston, London, Hamilton and the likes. LOL.Any large city in Canada, and U.S.
Is it worth your while to get it down to one of the big auction houses in the US, a car like TB commands more value down there.I haven't listed yet, for that matter, I haven't decided where or how to sell.
Good questions, my neigbour gets Copart cars from the US, they are towed to the border and then handed off with all the appropriate paperwork and then transported to his place. I know it involves a bunch of fees to agents.I was thinking Bring a trailer. Not sure what do do about a US buyer getting it back over. It is easy to re-import a car to US. I just don't have means to get it over for them. Trailer/truck etccc.....
When are you planning on making a move on TB, in the spring as ride season approaches?I know the north bound procedures, I think it's easier going south. Going south, I don't think you need to pay a broker like we have to bringing north. I was importing molars from California for years until the CDN Gov required a broker and waiting.
I just can't transport TB unless I drove and got a ride back.
I know the Polara is 19 1/2 feet long and went on a Uhall trailer no problem.
