GLWTS
Yes we talk about how C bodies get no respect...even worse for the FMJ & R body crowd. Not a lot of demand for 80's stuff drives the prices down so that when these cars are for sale they often sit on the market forever and some folks get desperate to sell, hence the lo-ball offers.
Which is a pity, because I've had great experiences with FMJ & R cars ovr the years.
Beauty Mirada.
Mien Güt, I have never had so many low-ball offers on a car. I'll let screen caps tell the story.

Why didn't you post the link here?
I'd like to see your Ramcharger as well
I agree, the Dippys had a very serious "let's get down to business" look.I like the Diplomat Police cars especially. My Dad had a couple

That's why we have one...this pic was taken in the fall after I had done winter prep and put the snow tires on her. You can see the frost on the car. View attachment 260912

1981 Dodge Mirada
fuel: gas
title status: clean
transmission: automatic
Text the 623 number to see the car, Text the 586 number (in pics) to ask any questions.
Sold new in Western Canada (not a salt climate) with factory 318 4bbl, HD suspension, 3.21 sure grip, buckets, console and T-tops.
One rust spot about as large as a dime, (shown in photo) otherwise clean with uncracked front/rear fascias. Comes with loads of spare parts, including a complete red dash, Tuff wheel, mirrors and the "shock absorber" needed to fix the pushed in RR bumper corner (bumper undamaged).
Stock under the hood except for newer Edelbrock 4bbl (factory TQ included). Desirable aluminum rims on good tires.
This car was purchased while still in Canada and driven down the west coast and ultimately to Phoenix over the course of one week last year (1800 miles). No problems with running/driving, but the wipers stopped working (plastic part that can be replaced). The owner then got a USA (Michigan) title. He flew back to MI and left the car here to sell. 139,000 kilometers is about 85k miles.
It's not a perfect car, but it's clean/dry and not missing any parts
heehee@marko loved that car and I think he misses it lol

Thanks for posting the pics and link. That's a very sharp car and seems like a great price to me. I'm curious why they put a tan dash in a car w/ red interior though. Did they all have that color dash w/ Red seats?
The car originally had a tan interior which was sun damaged. Somewhere, a parts car came along with a nice red interior. The (then) owner swapped everything but the tan dash, but included the red dash in the trunk (surprisingly it fits). It goes with the car upon sale.
not even europeans seem to like any of those.
I really don't see them overhere.
I know a couple of 78 Magnums but that is mostly it.
Any of those what? Miradas? Diplomats? What? All FMJ cars?
No offense but when you say "not even" it implies no one here does either and I know some do although it's not Mustang or Camaro numbers .. not even C body numbers LOL but some do.
