in need of heater control vacuum and wiring info

My heater controls wiring and vacuum lines have been unhooked. I was wondering if anyone has a diagram of what goes where, or just a clear explanation, so I don't have to lay on my back for any longer than absolutely necessary. It's for a 66 Polara. Thanks in advance.

I have one, it's very short on the heating and ac. Just shows the heater box install and removal.
