It's Not Going to Shift Itself
I'll let the pictures do the talking
I'll bet that parts of his anatomy are still puckered from hauling the car backwards on that little trailer with that extra 300+ lbs of 5.9!!Well it had to happen sooner or later.....hope that front end has been beefed up big time...that 5.9l ain't a lightweight

Nah... the builder might like that term... that car is FUBAR...That thing is the anti-Christ![]()
... way to ruin my morning @300rag

It's not what I would have expected, but I kinda like it.
Here's a blog of someone building a Newport. I don't know if it ever got completed, but he did have it running, and seemed to be well on the way before he stopped posting.I too like it for its creativity and perhaps technical skill to even accomplish this, or partially accomplish it.
Not something I woulda done with THIS car .. but I'm always cool with people pursuing their vision.
I'd be curious as to HOW this was even done .. OR again perhaps it CANT be done?? (I exaggerate but like trying to put that 5.9 Cummins on my Craftsman riding mower?)
It doesnt look like it runs .. like, uh, where's the radiator? Must be in the "needs finishing" part.

Your buddy at Cutterup would like it. Best of both worlds for him.I like it , why not is nothing wrong with a good old cummins twin turbo
charge this little puppy and she goes like crazy.
install some nice cop rims and upgrade the suspension and brakes.
I disagree. I'm willing to bet the more common scenario seen all too often with these Frankencars.I too like it for its creativity and perhaps technical skill to even accomplish this, or partially accomplish it.

A big hole in the engine compartment was left when the car became an organ donor.
Then they filled the space with a 175,000 mi. engine fabricating motor mounts out of angle iron.
Now it's "needs finished"
