Jack Hook identification

Jack Hook identification. I found this jack hook in one of my old parts
boxes. Does anyone know what Mopar this is for? It's been so many years,
I no longer remember.

I don't ever remember seeing a Mopar jack hook without a part number, but you never can say never.

Looks a bit like a '67-'69 Dart, but I can't be sure.
