Jackson's wrecking yard closing and being cleared. Video of walk through.

The front grill on the '68 Monaco is easy enough to come off, looks to be in ok shape. I'd jump on that but I'd be looking for '67 stuff so I can't use it.. Any glass that could come out of that car I'd be interested in. The L trim at the front of the fenders I'd take. I'm thinking that the entire doors and front fenders are interchangable '67 - '68, I'd take the doors and fenders if they came off easy enough. That's a 3-hour drive for me, but I'd make the trip for that stuff. I wonder what the interior has. Can you get a pic of the fender tag?

If you spot a '67 Monaco / polara anywhere in that pile that would also be good. I'd also take some 15" rims if they were in ok shape.
I'll see what I can find this week while walking the yard.

i thought this yard closed up last autumn, now I see they were open during the summer. Odd that I only get posts from friends or forums when the weather is cold and wet.
The information has been out there, they've paid for advertisements in all of the car newspapers and magazines, and ran FB ads.

Theres guys who have come from NYS and QC.....

that's hard to believe. especially since you are signing a waiver upon entry so you can't sue them. i was there last year and it was truly an awesome experience.
It's the truth, if you get run over by a piece of equipment or crushed under a car, you signed a waiver not too sue, that doesn't obsolve the company from liability or responsibility. All junkyards have to carry insurance...

But everyone can believe what they want. I offered to help out on my own time members here with parts, I've already pulled stuff for a few friends.

We aren't starting on shred (cars) till next month, when I'm not working I'm free to pick at things.

My boss has other commitments this week and is only with us in the yard tomorrow, so we've been allowed to rummage this week as we aren't on the clock.

I've been pulling C body disc brake parts and 15/16" sway bars....

For the record , If a car is being destroyed I would be glad to purchase any of the tags (factory docs) before they are destroyed. Please keep me in mind.

Any chance there is a 66 Chevrolet there? I saw a few in prior videos.
I've looked at a few and the fenders have all been rotten in the dog legs or the lip, I don't know how bad yours is. I'm trying to get as much out to save it as I can.

Like I said if people want to let me know what they are after I will do my best to see if I can find it here, I've managed to get some Duster parts for my friends '70, and some parts for a fella in AB eith a '68 Sport Fury.
