Bought a 66 fury V.I.P. couple years back geting around to fixing her up now want to put a sport interior into it, need bucket seats, and center console and maybe some odd and ends, wonder what is out there?

This guy in Oregon still has some interior parts for sale. Console base would be the same for any 66-70 B or C body. The center of the top varies between models (wood grain for 66 Sport Fury, 69-70 B body and others, brushed aluminum center or chromed ridges in the center on other models). You should be able to find consoles easily and they might even be reproduced. Other interior parts not so much. Here are ads for bucket seats and for 66 Sport Fury door panels.

Yes, most console parts are reproduced, but you'll rack up ~$750+ just in the console if going that route.
Floorshifter mechanism will be a used-tem only, and IIRC the trans tailhousing requires a specific bracket on it to hold one of the shifter shafts. You'll need to research that further.
Legendary Auto Interiors was doing some C-body doorpanels, around $400/set of 4. I've never seen one so don't know how good a job they do with the metal stamping at the top of the panel to hook onto the door.
You'll need the fiberglass speakershelf cover, which goes with a special Sport rear seat, and both top and bottom seats are narrower in a Sport, and there are some plastic filler pieces that fill in there (check '74gtx' on ebay for reproductions).

Assuming you want to swap to a whole Sport interior, your swap will be pricey unless you get lucky on a whole interior that's in usable shape. Or if you just want buckets and console, have you considered getting some modern seats from a junkyard to install? That's not always easy as it sounds, but is probably cheaper/faster/more comfortable.
