Yes, most console parts are reproduced, but you'll rack up ~$750+ just in the console if going that route.
Floorshifter mechanism will be a used-tem only, and IIRC the trans tailhousing requires a specific bracket on it to hold one of the shifter shafts. You'll need to research that further.
Legendary Auto Interiors was doing some C-body doorpanels, around $400/set of 4. I've never seen one so don't know how good a job they do with the metal stamping at the top of the panel to hook onto the door.
You'll need the fiberglass speakershelf cover, which goes with a special Sport rear seat, and both top and bottom seats are narrower in a Sport, and there are some plastic filler pieces that fill in there (check '74gtx' on ebay for reproductions).
Assuming you want to swap to a whole Sport interior, your swap will be pricey unless you get lucky on a whole interior that's in usable shape. Or if you just want buckets and console, have you considered getting some modern seats from a junkyard to install? That's not always easy as it sounds, but is probably cheaper/faster/more comfortable.
