I lived in Fort Myers for 8 years & I LOVE Florida summers. 90 degree water in the Gulf of Mexico is wonderful.

I hate winter and snow. Nova Scotia is a bad place for me to live because winter can start the first of November and last until April around here some years. Plus it makes my arthritic knee hurt all the time. I don't like hot and sticky either, but I'll take it over subzero any day.
