This is a private yard & does not sell or ship parts. I got a invite from a mutual friend relationship. I purchased a 72 Monaco. So for your viewing pleasure only.

55 ? Packard. Looked to be restorable. For what ever reason I run across a few of these 55’s in this area. They must have had a real good salesman working that year.

So I posted this pic of the rare Rambler convertible on an AMC group I’m a member of & immediately got beat up with negative comments. So I deleted it & I’ll post it here. Don’t understand why people have to be like that.

The Nash dealership also must have been having a good couple of year’s as I run across a fair amount of these critters in my travels. Usually in the similar shape as this one.

Bel air convertible
I’m not a fan of these cars but as a serious car nut I hate to see this. With all the Chevy guys out there & all the convertible fans out there & this being a 50’s era car how did this happen ?

Gassers anyone ? An old English Ford with Escort pot metal letters across the hood. Never seen that. Hum... then a Buick Opel 2 door wagon. Probably have but it’s been so long I don’t remember. Hot Rodders out there I’m talking to you here. Could you imagine an old school gasser Opel wagon with one of those aluminum Buick V8’s & a Muncie. If I wasn’t covered up I’d have to have it.

That’s enough for now. If you guys like these I’ll post more later. If you don’t want to see this crap on a C body site then fine I’ll post elsewhere

A lot of interesting and rare cars (the 2door Buick Opel is very rare even here in Germany)

It's sad to see that, but that's the way it is...

Keep on posting!

View attachment 380809 Edsels, they just don’t get no luv. Even the Ford guys don’t like them. So sad

That's a 59. I really do like the 58. It has swung cool rear lights, the front end looks way better than the 59 and it has some really neat interior features that the 59 doesn't have anymore. For instance the push button in the center of the steering wheel and the rotating speedo. Those were 58 only options that made that specific model year really cool. However as the front grille was often compared to a vagina it didn't sell too good :D

Screw em... keep posting for the 3-4 who do appreciate, the others can go look at whatever they want to elsewhere.

It’s the same story down here Bob. For what ever reason the owners have this delusion that he’s leaving it all for the “grandkids” but in reality none of them would touch anything in there with a 10 foot pole. And usually he expires b4 the wife so the minute that happens she calls the local scrap yard and they bring out a couple of crushing machines to the property and she gets maybe $30 a car from them. Down here they are putting in these toll roads and if any of these type of Memory lane salvage yards can be seen by motorists the land owners are served “Order to Clear” paperwork and have no choice but to follow suit.
Get them while u still can. Unfortunately all these beautiful cars are an endangered species!
