Please check a Chrysler parts book for 70 - 71. The 2951216 is ONLY for the HP 383's. The 440 HP uses the 3418352 exhaust manifold. There is a difference in the angle of flange where the head pipe attaches to the manifold. Sorry. Some of the casting number listings on the internet incorrectly list it as for being for both the 383 and 440. See:
