A weekend of elbow grease and paint remover would make this very presentable. The white inserts look fine, but I'd certainly remove all the paint from the bits and pieces of dash and trim that have been coated. I'd wager the floors and trunk are rock solid...might be a great starting point for someone to cheaply enter into the C body hobby.

Looks like one if not both door panels are missing. Dashboard and instrument cluster will need full upholstering and repaint. Obvious on the seats. Are those seats from an earlier 300? The rear seats may possibly be the original ones.
Antenna and Windshield trim is missing.
Headlight doors are missing? And if so im sure the motor is either shot - or missing as well.
Also that hood doesn't look popped open - it looks as if it has either some heavy misalignment or the hinges just do not exist. Its a lot to clean up but like Stan said - if you dont care about clones - it can be a good entry to make a Promo, GT or SF car.
