WANTED Old School brass fittings for axle cooler, #88 Daytona

I can appreciate wanting to use correct parts there has been many a time when I could have used just a cheap modern bolt and washer and saved myself a lot of time and hassle but then the repair/upgrade or just basic aesthetics of the work done would not be right to me. Usually I end up rummaging through my bins of misc hardware, or purchase the best piece I can find to make things "right".

Building a new car is way easier than restoring something to period correct.

Hopefully you've located all this stuff by now, but if not, I see Summit has the Weatherhead type fittings in natural brass, under the Aeroquip name brand;

Got a few leads on vintage parts! Hopefully, they will pan out!

Found the 90 degree fittings.
Still need the hose ends.

On the flare fitting here is the Parker brass page. You need part # 249F-8-6. That's 1/2" flarex3/8" Pipe thread.

Good to know, but as I mentioned in post #24, I did find the absolutely identical, correct, vintage fittings.
